Part of the revolutionary VIKING MACS range of turnout gear, the VIKING MACS firefighter coat features a detachable outer shell, designed to protect firefighters and his/her surroundings from exposure to carcinogens and other dangerous particles.

After attending a fire and before entering the fire truck, the outer shell is simply removed and placed in a dissolvable washing bag, leaving the inner liner to be worn during return to the firehouse. The inner liner will continue to protect you against the elements and even against the most common chemicals and dangerous fluids.
